Special Events Scheduling
The Academic Scheduling office reserves meeting and activity space for UNC student groups as well as special event spaces for departments and external groups.
The Academic Scheduler does not schedule space in the University Center. To schedule a space in the University Center, please contact the UC Event Planning office at 970-351-2558 or via email at event.services@unco.edu.
Scheduling Guidelines
All events in academic spaces during the semester must wait until after the first week of classes each semester to put in a scheduling request. Events occurring the first week of classes in academic spaces may be scheduled the week before classes start.
Exceptions
- Lawn Areas, including Garden Theater can be scheduled before semester begins
- Butler-Hancock Sports Pavilion (weekends only), Nottingham Field, and Jackson Fields
- Computer Labs
- No events or meetings may be scheduled during finals week
