Course Late Add Form – Day 6-10
The Course Late Add Form – Day 6 -10 can only be used for Full-Term (August 24 through December 11) courses. For courses in other terms, the Petition to Late Add must be submitted by the Instructor. This form must be used from August 29, 2026 through September 4, 2026 (5:00 p.m.)
