Course Add Procedure
During days 6 through 10, the student may have you sign the Course Late Add Request Form. Please make sure you initial any overrides you are granting. This form is available on the Office of the Registrar website and on your Ursa Faculty Tab but only during days 6-10. Once the form is received, the Office of the Registrar will register the student. This form must be received in our office no later than 5:00 pm on day 10.
After day 10, the Petition to Late Add a Course form must be completed. In order to submit an appeal:
- The student must have been attending on or before the drop deadline of the course
- The student must include a written statement describing the circumstances that kept them from adhering to the deadline. Petitions submitted without a reason/statement will be denied.
This form MUST include all signatures and a Student Start Date to be considered.

Tuition and fees are not adjusted.
Students may completely withdraw from all of their courses through the complete withdrawal deadline (80% of the semester) for full semester courses (Special Term and Short Course deadlines). They must contact the Office of the Registrar to complete this process.
