Year-Round Living with Easy Billing
All leases are 12-month contracts, with rent billed in three convenient installments in the fall, spring and summer.

Ready to Stay or Move In?
Current Arlington Park residents can renew their lease in late fall.
New applicants (not currently living in Arlington Park) can apply in late fall or early spring. Learn more about Arlington Park Renewal Leases.

If you’re living in a residence hall or house and want to switch to Arlington Park during the academic year, just fill out the Room Move Request Form to get started.

Bedrooms include a student desk (built in or standalone), desk chair, dresser, a full XL bed and mattress.
Building amenities include a gaming lounge with large-screen TV and convenient parking.
All two-bedroom/two-bathroom units and four-bedroom/two-bathroom units come with a full-size washer and dryer in each apartment.
Full-size sofa with matching armchair, coffee table, matching end table and two breakfast bar stools. The four-bedroom floor plan has an extra end table, as well as an extra armchair.
