Conferences
Our School of Music is actively involved in significant music scholarship events. We host the rapidly expanding International Symposium on Musical Topics and Topic Theory each year. The annual Rocky Mountain Music Scholars Conference fosters local academic exchange as the joint meeting of the regional Rocky Mountain chapters of the American Musicological Society, Society for Music Theory, and Society for Ethnomusicology. This conference is hosted by a different institution each year.
