Our Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Music Education, Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Arts (Theatre Education), Master of Music and Doctor of Arts degrees require you to complete a UNC application and an audition or interview.

Application Timeline for Auditions and Interviews

Apply for our non-auditioned programs

Undergraduate programs in the School of Art and Design and our Bachelor of Arts in Latinx Music, Culture and Expression, Music Business and Recording Arts, and Theatre Studies require only a UNC application. You can choose to submit a visual arts portfolio, perform a music audition or complete a theatre interview for special scholarship consideration.
