We’re Here to Help at the Start of the Semester

From August 18 through September 8, our financial aid counselors will focus on helping students with time-sensitive needs during the busy start of the fall semester. Assistance remains available by email, phone, and in person during regular office hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

We help students understand and access financial aid options — from scholarships and grants to student loans. With more than 90% of UNC students receiving aid, our team supports you every step of the way, from completing your first FAFSA to planning your budget after graduation.
