The Basin Neighborhood
The second tallest building in Greeley with 13 floors, Turner Hall is home to 330 or 350 UNC Bears who enjoy single bedroom suites with shared living-room and bathroom spaces. Located on West Campus, Turner Hall provides easy access to the Campus Rec Center, Michener Library, Holmes Dining Hall, and West Campus Academic Buildings. Between classes, Bears can enjoy blue skies and fresh air on the Turner Green or a movie with great views of the front range in any of the TV lounges on each floor. Bears can also enjoy a game of pool in the game room. Criminal Justice Majors, in the CCJ Residential Connection, also make Turner Hall their campus home.
Built in 1968, with newly renovated suites, Turner Hall is located near the Butler-Hancock Athletic Center, Nottingham Field football stadium and West Campus Academic Buildings. The proximity of the Gear Shop, in Harrison Hall, provides convenient access to equipment check out for a Bear’s next Outdoor Pursuits adventure.
