Belford Hall Features

Furniture and Appliances

Get comfy in a bed that fits your style—and your storage needs!

Each room comes with:

  • A twin (regular) size adjustable-height bed
  • A dual-firmness mattress—choose between firm or extra firm by flipping it over
  • Bed dimensions: approx. 80.5″ long x 41″ wide x 37″ high

You can choose from three different height settings to match your storage preferences.

Setting Clearance Under Bed:

  • Low (or bunked) 8 inches
  • Middle (default) 21 inches
  • High 31 inches

Beds are usually set to the middle height at move-in to give you a balance of under-bed storage and easy access.

Some rooms may have bunked beds when you move in to help maximize floor space. If you’d prefer a different setup, you’re welcome to bunk or un-bunk your bed after move-in.

You’ll have your own space to study, create, and focus.

Every resident gets a desk and a two-position chair. The desks are approximately 42″ wide by 24″ deep and 30″ high.

Plenty of room for your laptop, books, and a few personal touches.

Bring what you need—or rent what makes life easier.
