Sabin Hall was built in 1936 along with Snyder Hall. In 1999, Sabin Hall was renovated and features hardwood floors and air-conditioning. Sabin Hall is home to 33 students in two-person rooms. Like the other buildings on much of Central Campus, Sabin Hall reflects a Dutch Colonial style of architecture.
Sabin Hall is a part of a group of smaller residence halls on Central Campus called Central Coalition. This group includes Belford, Gordon, Hansen-Willis, and Snyder Hall. Students that want to get involved in the Central Coalition community can be part of the Community Council Program.
