The Mesa Neighborhood
The comfortable community of Snyder Hall is located at the heart of campus activity, and is home to 103 UNC Bears. Snyder is only a short bike-ride or walk to the Tobey-Kendel Dining Hall and the Central Campus academic buildings. Snyder Hall has both deluxe and community-style rooms.
Snyder Hall reflects a Dutch-Colonial style of architecture. Snyder Hall was built in 1936, along with Sabin Hall, and offers historic charm and beautifully updated traditional-style living accommodations. Snyder Hall and many of the residence halls in The Mesa Neighborhood are part of the University of Northern Colorado Central Campus Residential District, a registered state historic district.
