Check the daily dining room menus, look at nutritional information to better plan your meals, and use the filter to exclude allergens or specific dietary restrictions.
Food Allergies and Specific Dietary Needs
On the right side of the page, select the items you would like to exclude from the menus. For example, choose “Milk” to filter out any recipe that contains milk.
Be sure to read the nutrition facts label and ask a manager if you have any questions about specific recipes.
Bear Bites is a tool that can help you navigate the dining rooms when you have specific dietary needs, but if you have had severe allergic reactions in the past, we encourage you to speak with a manager.
Our Registered Dietitian, Matthew Doyle, is also available to help you any time. Contact him at firstname.lastname@example.org or 970-351-1961.
Note: Menu items listed as "Soup du Jour" or "Chef's Choice" are prepared without recipes by our Chefs. Allergen and nutritional information is not available. You should not consume these menu items if you have food allergies or intolerances.
Once you are in the menu for the location you want, you can create a meal and see the nutrients and calories for everything you've chosen.
