Trotter House

Your Home Base, Just Across the Street

Trotter House is a small, tight-knit community that about 12 UNC Bears call home.

Located just across from Frasier Hall on the north side of campus, it’s the perfect spot for students who want a homey vibe with the convenience of campus living.

Set up like a large house, Trotter offers:

  • Private rooms for peace and quiet
  • A shared living room to binge your favorite shows
  • A full kitchen where you and your housemates can cook and hang out

It’s the best of both worlds—independence and community, all under one roof.
