Your Bill
There are many options for paying your bill at UNC. This page will answer some of the most commonly asked questions regarding bill pay. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, please reach out to the Bursar’s Office.
We have a new payment portal!
The new payment system (Flywire) goes live March 23 and will provide users with robust features and a simple design that makes it easier than ever to navigate our billing and payment process. With the new features, you will experience a modern and intuitive user experience where you can make a payment or accomplish tasks in a fraction of the time.
Payment Options
The easiest—and most secure—way to pay your bill is online through your MyUNC billing card.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Paying with a card? Card payments can only be made online through MyUNC or the Authorized User Portal
- There is a 2.85% bank processing fee for debit/credit card payments (this goes to the card processor, not UNC)
Want to avoid the fee?
Use your bank account information to pay online—there’s no processing fee for that option! You will just need to know your bank’s routing number and your account number.
Stop by the Cashier’s Office on the second floor of Campus Commons at the top of the stairs. We are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Please note–we cannot take cards in person.
Please make checks payable to:
UNC – Cashier’s Office
501 20th Street
Campus Box 14
Greeley CO 80639
Please put you student bear number on the check.
Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.
Please contact the Cashier’s office for bank information by emailing us at cashiers@unco.edu.
Paying for college doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

Common Bill Questions and Topics
All billing at UNC is done electronically through e-Bill.
To view your bill, just log in to MyUNC and head to the Billing card. From there, click on the Bill Pay/View Bill link.
Through our payment portal, you are able to grant one or more authorized users access to your financial information, including the ability to view charges on your account, pay your bill, or enroll in a payment plan on your behalf. An Authorized User can be parent/guardian, family member, or any other person you wish to have access to your account.
Establish Authorized Users
Adding an authorized user to your account is quick and easy. Simply login to your MyUNC account and head to the Billing card. From there, click on the Bill Pay/View Bill link. Once you access our payment portal, follow these step-by-step instructions:
- Click Actions in the upper right corner, and choose Manage Authorized Users.
- Click Add Authorized User to add a new user. Fill in the necessary information, including basic contact information and your relationship to the authorized user then click “Create.”
- The Authorized User will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to the system to verify their Authorized User account. Please ensure the email address you enter is correct, or your Authorized User will not receive important email messages from our office.
- Once you have added one or more Authorized Users to your account, you also have the ability to view the Authorized User’s activity and/or delete Authorized Users by revoking access to their account via the Manage Authorized Users action.
Resetting a Password for an Authorized User
Only the Authorized User can reset the password for their account. Neither the student nor Bursar’s Office can perform this action. Simply navigate to MyUNC, head to the Billing card and click on the Bill Pay/View Bill link. Once you’ve accessed our payment portal, click “Forgot Password.” If the Authorized User is unable to reset their password, it may be necessary for the student to remove the current Authorized User account and establish a new one.
