Resident Resources

Letter mail will be delivered to mailboxes located for the hall that residents live in, most often this is near the desk area for that hall. Belford, Decker, Gordon and Sabin residents can find their mailboxes in Snyder Hall. Brown, Dickeson and Bond residents can find their mailboxes in Luján Hall (Brown Hall mailboxes start with “1” followed by the suite number, Luján Hall mailboxes start with “2” followed by the suite number, Dickeson Hall start with “3” followed by the suite number, and Bond Hall mailboxes start with “4” followed by the suite number.)

Packages or items larger than letter mail, from their community front desk between 8am and 2am- 7 days a week.

We encourage you to check their mailbox daily for letter mail. For packages, you will receive an email to your BearMail with the location of the package for pick up.

Mail Pick-up Information

Letter mail will be in your mailbox located in your residence halls. For larger items you will pick-up your packages from your community front desk.

Mailing Letters via U.S. Postal Services (USPS) and Sending Packages via USPS, UPS FedEx, Amazon, etc.
