Denver Scholarship Foundation

Soar helps Denver Scholarship Foundation (DSF) Scholars establish academic success through personalized coaching and advising, facilitating the development of individual academic success plans and formalized connections to campus resources and support.  DSF Scholars can renew this scholarship for up to four years if their scholarship success requirements are met each academic semester.

DSF scholars are selected through an application process from the Denver Scholarship Foundation. DSF Participation in Soar establishes a foundation for success at UNC through a structured approach to personalized proactive coaching and advising in an inclusive and caring environment.

All DSF Scholars must meet with the DSF Success Coach during each semester. These meetings provide you with valuable information to help you succeed in college.

  • Discuss major declaration, developmental education progress, anticipated graduation date, graduation course plan, meetings with academic advisors, etc.
