In Nutrition and Dietetics, we offer a BS degree in Dietetics, a BS in Nutrition, a Distance Dietetic Program (DDP), and a Minor in Nutrition. We also offer a Dietetic Internship to help prepare student to become Registered Dietitians. and graduate programs.

Student Clubs and Organizations
Join the Student Nutrition and Dietetics Association
SNDA is open to all registered UNC students who are interested in the study of Nutrition and Dietetics, including Dietetics majors, Nutrition majors and Nutrition minors. It promotes the field of dietetics to the student body and community. A nominal fee for the membership is required.
Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is the largest professional organization for food and nutrition professionals, promoting health, wellness, and optimal nutrition. UNC students pursuing dietetics are encouraged to become associate members to gain networking, volunteer, and learning opportunities. Membership includes access to state and regional associations, educational events, and professional resources.
