Men's Rugby
UNC Mens' Rugby was established in 1969, and later hosted the national championship in 1982. Since its inception, UNC Men's Rugby has been at the forefront of collegiate rugby in Colorado, where it belongs to the Western Rockies Rugby Football Union. Within the last ten years, the team has been in the national Division II spotlight and has made the transition to Divison I. Men's rugby is currently recruiting more members to join their team.
National Champs
In 2005 the Men's Rugby team won the National Championship. In the 2006 season they finished as national runner's up after a hard fought game.
