Your Loans
What should I know about managing or canceling my student loans at UNC?
If you’ve accepted a Student Loan but decide you want to cancel all or part of it, you’ll need to let the Office of Financial Aid know in writing within 14 calendar days of either:
- The date your bill was issued, or
- The first day of classes—whichever comes later.
