Partner with Greeley District 6
Our aspiring art teachers partner with Greeley District 6 in Chappelow Arts Magnet School to offer After School Arts Classes. Young artists at Chappelow get more time with the arts in classes like sculpture and painting, and UNC student teachers have the chance to work hands-on with students and learn about our local school district. Our faculty and UNC alum Alison Myers is also Lead Visual Arts Teacher at Chappelow and supervisor of this thriving program.
We’re here to empower you to become an effective, inspiring educator. Nearly one third of our undergraduates specialize in education. You’ll sharpen both your classroom skills and your professional artistry on your primary instrument or voice.
