Plains to Peak Pathway
In support of our mission to positively impact the physician workforce in Colorado, the High Plains, and the Intermountain region, UNC COM offers a guaranteed interview pathway for students from targeted states. This guarantee is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is based on the number of interview slots per admissions cycle, which can range from 500 to 1100. This pathway ensures that qualified applicants from our region have a clear opportunity to demonstrate their readiness for medical school.

- MCAT ≥ 502 (within 3 attempts)
- Science or Grad Science GPA ≥ 3.5
- First-come, first-served basis
- Must pass admissions screening
