Employees Recognized at 49th Annual Staff Recognition Banquet

University of Northern Colorado staff were honored during the 49th annual Staff Recognition Banquet on Thursday, March 5.

UNC President Feinstein joined Classified Staff Council Chair Lindsay Snyder and Professional Administrative Staff Council Chair Bryson Kelly in welcoming staff. During his remarks, Feinstein thanked staff for all they do “to foster the success of the university and students,” noting that the the banquet is “an opportunity for our leadership to show how much we value the contributions.”

Added Snyder: “It is important for us to express our gratitude to all of you. … You are UNC, and we appreciate all that you do for this institution, our students and one another every day.” 

The event, which kicked off Appreciation Week, also recognized employees of the year Chad Pohja and Deena McBain and staff who were nominated, along with retirees and Years of Service milestones.
