    The university has teamed up with the Colorado Emergency Operations Center and King Soopers to provide drive-thru testing for COVID-19 on campus this month. The service will be offered in the parking lot west of Candelaria Hall on May 14-16, May 21-23 and May 29-30.

    Packaging medical supplies has become the priority for UNC graduate and Mountain States Plastics owner Scot Gagnon as supplier’s race to meet healthcare demands. Gagnon and his global company in Johnstown routinely manufacture customized protective bags for the medical industry, but they are “swamped up to their eyeballs” as they package a steady stream of face shield bags and plastic sheeting for hospital gowns.
