Biography
Nichole joined UNC’s Community of Bears in December 2024 and loves being part of a campus where people are kind, authentic, and deeply invested in helping one another feel a true sense of belonging. Nichole’s favorite part of working with students is being their advocate and cheerleader; helping them navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and pursue their goals with confidence. She’s passionate about making sure students feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow both personally and academically. Outside of the office, you’ll probably find Nichole relaxing in a hammock, exploring new creative hobbies, volunteering with animals, or getting lost in a good video game.

Nichole’s professional background spans the U.S., with experience in New York, Georgia, and Colorado. Her work includes roles in University Housing, Student Conduct, and Case Management, along with developing student-centered programs in Peer Leadership, Career Services, New Student Orientation, First-Year Experience, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Student Activities.
