Ben Moore

I grew up in Colorado and enjoy mountain biking, trail running, and helping students find their path in higher education. For over a decade, I’ve worked in advising, student success, and academic support roles, and I currently serve as the Director of Advising at the Monfort College of Business at the University of Northern Colorado. I’ve had the opportunity to lead initiatives that improved student retention, expanded access to advising, and created stronger support systems for first-generation students. I’m especially passionate about building programs that make a real difference in students’ lives and helping teams grow through inclusive, transformational leadership.
