Research Consulting Lab

The Applied Statistic and Research Methods (ASRM) Research Consulting Lab is committed to providing all UNC faculty, staff, and students with free consultation on research and survey design, data collection and management, data analysis, and reporting of results. Research consultants have extensive training in applied statistics and research methods, and can offer advice for both quantitative and qualitative research.  The Research Consulting Lab also strives to provide appropriate introductory training with common data analysis software.

Our staff will be working remotely on Monday and Tuesday (November 24–25, 2025). We will be closed for Thanksgiving Break from November 26–30. If you would like to schedule an appointment on Nov 24–25 or after Nov 30, please email us at: researchconsultinglab@unco.edu.

During our normal hours, both in-person and Zoom consultations are available. You can either walk in during our opening hours to talk to our consultants, or make an appointment by emailing rcl@unco.edu. We are closed on University holidays.
