Group Fitness Class Descriptions

Below you will find the group fitness classes divided into three different "intensity" levels with descriptions of the class as well as the days and times the classes are offered. 

  • Intensity Level 1: Good for beginners and/or those who are needing a less intense class.
  • Intensity Level 2: These classes offer more of a challenge, but won’t leave you out of breathe! Focus on improving your cardio, balance, and flexibility. 
  • Intensity Level 3: For the regular exerciser, or someone who is looking to take it up a notch. These classes will improve your cardio and strength, and are sure to give you a good sweat. Don’t think you’re ready for a level 3? Don’t worry! All of our classes are customizable to you, so you can go at whatever pace you need. 

Group Fit Yoga

Intensity I

Moonlight Recharge: End your day with a mindful, music-based workout. This class blends low-impact body weight exercises with restorative movement and plenty of time for stretching!

  • Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Stretch & Core: This class is designed to create mobility and stability in the body through core-strengthening exercises and total-body stretching. This will create greater stability and flexibility in all major muscle groups, as well as, improve overall strength and posture.

  • Wednesday from 7:15 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.

Group Fit Barre

Intensity 2

Barre: This ballet-based workout aims to increase flexibility, strength, body awareness, and balance through a fusion of simple-to-follow dance combinations, stretching and strengthening exercises. No previous dance experience is required, all levels are welcome!

  • Monday from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Cycle: Ride your way through rolling hills, steep climbs, false flats, sprints and much more!

  • Monday from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Cycle Express: Cycle express is perfect for those who are in a hurry, but still want an intense workout. This class will help build cardiovascular endurance and lower body strength in under an hour.

  • Friday from 12:15 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Dance Jam: This class utilizes popular music and easy-to-follow moves, you will be dancing to the hottest hits while simultaneously getting an awesome workout in a party atmosphere!

  • Tuesday from 7:15 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.

Lyengar Yoga: Originally devised by BKS Iyengar, it’s famous for emphasizing the correct alignment of all parts of the body within each yoga pose typically with the use of props.  Build strength and stamina, balance and flexibility, and a sense of well-being.

  • Monday from 6:15 a.m. - 7:15 a.m.

Mat Pilates: This workout uses a series of exercises designed to increase core strength and improve posture and stability. Pilates is centered around breath and flowing through different postures in order to develop a strong, healthy body!

  • Tuesday 6:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m.

Refresh Yoga: Relax and unwind from the week while actively preparing for what’s to come! Ease your mind and guide yourself towards strength, flexibility, and relaxation in this 75-minute inspiring flow.

  • Sunday from 6:30 p.m. - 7:45 p.m.
    (Lower Group Fitness Room)

Rise & Shine Yoga: This class gently awakens mind and body with stretches and postures to open the heart and muscles. This class begins with sun salutations and ends with gentle stretching.

Step Aerobics: Step Aerobics is back! This cardio workout is designed to strengthen and tone your lower body, while keeping your heart rate up through choreographed moved. Channel your inner 80’s Aerobics instructor and come get your step on!

  • Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.

Zumba®: A combination of Latin and International rhythms, Zumba® creates exciting and effective fitness through dance routines! Shimmy and shake while utilizing interval training to maximize this workout experience!

  • Wednesday & Thursday from 7:15 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.

Group Fitness cycling class

Intensity 3

20/20/20: This class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching and core work. This workout is sure to keep things fresh and keep you on your toes!

  • Monday from 7:15 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.

Bear Bootcamp: A well-rounded workout focused on strength and cardio! Circuit-style training is used to up the intensity and give you a total-body workout.

  • Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.

Cycle Circuit: If climbing difficult hills and sprinting through intervals wasn’t challenging enough, Cycle Circuit adds an element of surprise with total-body exercises utilizing a variety of equipment off the bike.

  • Tuesday & Thursday from 6:15 a.m. - 7:15 a.m.

FIT 45: Formally known as Lunch Crunch, FIT 45 is an intense 45-minute workout designed for maximal effectiveness in minimal time! This functional fitness-based workout will target all major muscle groups and will be sure to get your heart rate going through a combination of strength and cardio movements.

  • Tuesday & Thursday from 12:15 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.
    (Synergy Room)

Strictly Strength: This class is for anyone who wants to develop muscular strength and endurance. We’ll tackle basic resistance training exercises using strategic principles. This easy-to-follow workout challenges every major muscle group. Expect to push your limits!

  • Thursday from 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Yoga Flow II: This Vinyasa-inspired class will build strength and flexibility. Expect to sweat as you move fluidly through poses. Prior experience with yoga is encouraged before taking this class.
