Put Your Bear Network to Work

Alumni Career Panels

Explore career connections and gain industry insight through the UNC Bear Network by joining an alumni career panel or networking event. These programs feature alumni from a wide range of backgrounds and are organized around shared industries, professional interests, or special career readiness topics.

UNC alumni, students, and faculty can access recordings of all past career panels and career topic tutorials as part of their free and inclusive membership in the UNC Alumni Association.

Career panels are hosted on Zoom, making it easy to connect, learn, and expand your professional network wherever you are.

Alumni Educators

Alumni working in K–12 education represent the largest professional community of UNC graduates, and we are proud to partner with our alumni in schools across the country and around the world.

As a UNC educator, you represent the university every day and play an important role in building UNC’s reputation in classrooms and school districts. The Alumni Educator Program is our way of saying thank you for sharing your Bear Pride and inspiring your students to consider UNC as their first-choice college.

To request an educator packet, send your name, school or district, and mailing address to alumni@unco.edu. A team member will follow up and send you UNC promotional materials — think of it as a Bear care package for your classroom

On-Campus Career Fairs

Alumni are invited to return to campus for the  Job, Internship, and Graduate School Fair and K–12 Educator Day Fair, hosted in both Fall and Spring semester’s by UNC’s Center for Career Readiness.

These events are a great way to connect with employers, explore new opportunities, and network with students and fellow alumni who share your professional interests.
