Paying it Forward
Receiving a scholarship can mean the difference between completing or quitting the pursuit of an education. In 2019, 25 students were surprised to learn that they would receive an $8000 scholarship toward the continuation their UNC education, a gift inspired by an act of generosity that occurred 60 prior.

UNC Awarded $400K Grant for Student Success Initiatives
This spring, UNC received a $400,000 state grant, spread over four years, to build a program around UNC’s current student support services.The grant, from the Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI), a program of the Colorado Department of Higher Education, will be used to create the COSI Scholars Program.
