Welcome to the University of Northern Colorado Purchasing and Contracts Department home page. Our intent is to provide the University community with the efficient procurement of goods and services and to ensure maximum value for dollars spent. Because the University of Northern Colorado is a State institution, purchases are subject to requirements contained in the Colorado State Procurement Code, and in the University Purchasing and Payment Procedures document. The buyers in the Purchasing and Contracts Department are trained purchasing professionals who understand these requirements, understand current market conditions of a vast array of goods and service, and are always glad to assist you in any way possible.

The University Purchasing and Payrment Procedures document is intended to be used as a "Quick Reference" tool. Please use this information and coordinate with the buyers in Purchasing when needs arise that are not covered. Thank you for taking the time to famliarize yourself with our processes!
