We invite our valued community partners to advertise with us at competitive rates in a variety of materials, including the UNC Arts Season Brochure, all digital programs and UNC•Greeley Jazz Festival and Little Theatre of the Rockies programs. Vendor Exhibits

Showcase your music products and/or services with a UNC•Greeley Jazz Festival Vendor Exhibit. Please note that booths are limited to companies in the music industry.

Vendor Exhibit: $300

Includes:

  • 10′ x 10′ Booth Space
  • 3′ x 8′ skirted banquet table with black linen
  • Wifi
  • Power (Upon Request)
  • Add on a full-page program ad for $150 or half-page for $75

Booth Setup

  • Wednesday before the festival: 3pm – 7pm
  • Thursday of the festival: 7am – 10am

Booth Strike

  • Saturday of the festival: any time after 4pm

Load-in/Load-out

The most direct route to the Campus Commons lobby is via the main entrance at 1051 22nd Street, Greeley, CO 80639. This avoids the elevator from the loading dock.

Schedule

Please plan on having your booth open from 10am – 4pm on Thursday through Saturday during the festival. We are very flexible with the vendor booths, so if you need to leave early, that is absolutely fine.

Overnight Storage

Campus Commons is locked overnight and staffed at all times. If you require locked storage, please let us know, as space is very limited.

Parking

  • Paid parking is available in C-Lot, south of Campus Commons (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm). Free after 5pm and on weekends.
  • Free street parking is available nearby—observe all posted signs.

Food

Our Simply To Go “snack bar” in Campus Commons will be open Thursday through Saturday (yes, they have coffee). More substantial options can be found next door at the University Center.

Sales Requirements

If you intend on selling any merchandise, please ensure that you have obtained the proper sales tax license. The Colorado Department of Revenue requires that we send them a list of all vendors involved in the festival.

Due to contractual requirements with our campus food & beverage provider, consumable items cannot be sold anywhere on UNC property.

Sponsorship

The UNC•Greeley Jazz Festival welcomes community partners and sponsors for the festival. Monetary and in-kind donation are accepted in return for advertising space. Little Theatre of the Rockies also accepts monetary sponsorships.
