Headshot of Courtney Long.

Doctoral graduate Courtney Long is Assistant Professor of Music Theory at Wichita State.

My education at UNC prepared me so well for this position. The ability to focus on music performance AND music theory study at a high level was ideal, and it was the perfect place to hone in on all of the skills that this position calls for. The faculty support I received both during and after my degree is unparalleled."

College Professor

School of Art and Design Alum Katelynn Mai-Fusco.

Art and design alum Katelynn Mai-Fusco is discovering her path as an artist in NYC.

"I attended the University of Northern Colorado and got my BA in Fine Arts. This was my launching pad into my journey as a professional artist. I eventually moved to NYC and attended Pratt Institute for my MFA. I realized through my time there that I wanted my art to be interactive and create a space for healing."

Theatre alum and recent Colorado Shakespeare Festival Intern Evette Srouji is a versatile force in the industry.

“UNC has one of the best theater programs in the country. I would rather do theater from my first day than wait until my junior year at other schools where you’d major in education with an emphasis in theater.”
