UNC Arts Summer Season

The UNC Arts summer season of plays, musicals, concerts, workshops and camps is just around the corner

The UNC Arts summer season of plays, musicals, concerts, workshops and camps is just around the corner.

Little Theatre of the Rockies is back for its 92nd season of summer stock theatre during June and July with three entertaining productions: The Spitfire Grill, Eleanor and Honky Tonk Angels. Concerts Under the Stars will also bring a diverse selection of live music to Garden Theatre on Tuesdays in July.

Young students and local teachers will also be on campus for a few intensive arts experiences. The Institute for Creative Teaching, June 9-11, is a three-day event offering keynote speakers and workshops as professional development for educators of all levels and subject areas. This year, there will be a three-week-long, overnight music camp for middle and high school students to come to campus to grow as musicians, performers and leaders with UNC faculty and special guest artists. UNC Band Camp runs June 22-27, followed by UNC Choir Camp June 28–July 3 and the annual UNC Jazz Camp July 12-17.
