New Faculty and Staff Intranet Now Live
UNC has launched a new Faculty and Staff Intranet—a secure, centralized hub for employee resources, tools and information
UNC’s new Faculty and Staff Intranet is designed specifically for UNC employees and is protected behind UNC Single Sign-On (SSO). To access it, simply log in using your UNC email address and password. The system uses the same Microsoft authentication process as URSA and other UNC password-protected platforms.
Because the intranet is secured behind SSO, its pages are not searchable through Google. To find information, please use the internal search tool available at the top of intranet pages.
The intranet brings together employee-focused resources from across campus and will continue to grow as more departments add content. Some colleges and units may continue using SharePoint or other internal platforms for non-public information.
How to access the intranet:
- Visit the Faculty & Staff page on unco.edu
- Use the footer on any page of the UNC website (see image below)
Student employees with a UNC email can access the intranet for payroll and employment information. UNC does not currently have a student intranet; course materials remain in Canvas.
