How to Create a CapIQ Account

    • Visit Capital IQ. Click on “New User?” at the top right.

  2. Register Your Email

    • Enter your @bears.unco.edu or @unco.edu email address, then click “Submit

  3. Check Your Email

    • Follow the instructions sent to your email to continue registration.

  4. Reset Your Password

    • Click the link in the email titled “S&P Capital IQ Access Information” to reset your password.

  5. Complete Personal Details

    • Update your profile information and click “Register”.

  6. Log In & Self-Identify

    • Use your new credentials to log in via the same platform link. Complete the self-identification form to customize your experience.

How to Access Bloomberg for Education

Follow these steps:

  1. Sign Up for a Bloomberg for Education Account

    • Visit Bloomberg for Education
    • Click “Sign Up as a Learner”
    • Enter code YZRT7B3MQP when prompted
