The Off-Campus Housing Fair is hosted by the UNC Graduate Student Association and gives managers the opportunity to market their property rentals and related services to thousands of students, faculty and staff in the heart of UNC's campus. Attendees will be able to explore a variety of living options for the coming academic year.

The Off-Campus Housing Fair is open to apartment complexes, property management companies, individual landlords, realtors, and a variety of housing-related service vendors (e.g., cleaning companies, movers, etc.). The Fair is the perfect place for companies to introduce their properties and services to members of the campus community. With over 10,000 students, 500 faculty members and 1,600 staff members, the UNC campus community is equal to approximately 11 percent of the population within the City of Greeley!
