Why Study Abroad?
The best way to understand another culture is to fully experience it. Studying abroad helps you see the differences and connections that shape our world while also giving you a fresh perspective on your own culture. It’s also a chance to make global friendships and connections that can last a lifetime.
Students choose to go abroad for many reasons—whether to study their major from a new angle, take on academic challenges, explore history and culture, learn a language, or make a positive impact. No matter your reason, studying abroad expands your mind, strengthens your education, and can even boost your GPA and help you graduate on time
