Faculty Perceptions of Administrators Comittee
Surveys faculty annually to give administrators confidential, constructive feedback.
The FPAC conducts the Faculty Perceptions of Administrators Survey each spring, gathering anonymous faculty feedback on the performance of deans, the Provost, the President, and the Faculty Senate itself. Results are compiled into a report presented to the Senate and shared confidentially with the relevant administrators. No survey was conducted in Spring 2020 or Spring 2023.
The Committee consists of one full-time faculty member from each college and the University Libraries, appointed by the Senate chair and confirmed by the Senate, serving two-year terms. The committee elects a chair and vice chair at its first fall meeting.
