Print this PDF, obtain necessary Authorized Signatures and send with copy of Bear ID either electronically to Service.Center@unco.edu, or via intercampus mail. Once the request is received, Card Access will be assigned and/or Physical Key(s) will be prepared and pick-up arrangements will be made with the key holder.

(UNC Closure - Covid-19)
Mail Services and Warehouse Services - Mail Service and Warehouse Services will be on campus to receive and sort mail/packages only. We will not be delivering at this time. We will email those who receive a package. You may email firstname.lastname@example.org or call at 351-2250 to arrange for pickup of mail or packages.
Key issuance - The service center will be working remotely. We will have limited ability to issue keys during this time. Please contact email@example.com or call 351-2446 for urgent key needs.
Work Request - Please submit urgent work orders through our TMA Portal Link. https://fmservicedesk.unco.edu/ For emergencies, call 351-2446.
Transportation -Vehicle Rental will not be available during campus closure.
All students interested in Student Employment, pick up and drop off your applications to Parsons Hall, 501 20th Street, Service Center Desk.
