Virtual New Student Orientation will take place on July 30th from 11:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. All sessions will take place within this time block.
Tentative schedule:
- Belonging programming (hosted by NSOTP)
- BEAR: Bystander, Engagement, Awareness, and Responsibility (hosted by DOS/OIEC)
- Rotating Breakout Sessions: Career, Bear Central, First-Gen Student Support, Housing, Student Involvement Q&A (various campus partners)
- Academic resources presentation (hosted by NSOTP)
- New Student Days and Big Bear Welcome Overview & Farewell (hosted by NSOTP)
Our goal is to replicate the in-person New Student Orientation experience as closely as possible in a virtual format. Please feel free to reach to orientation@unco.edu with any questions in the meantime.
