Will Tranter

I have had the privilege of working in higher education for 9 years, with prior experiences as an ELL instructor, technology support specialist, institutional researcher, processing specialist, and now am working as a transfer evaluation specialist in the Registrar’s office. I decided to go back to school in 2016, graduating with an Associates of Arts from Morgan Community College in 2019, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2022, and I am currently pursuing a Masters degree in Sociology. My mother is a first-generation alumni from UNC, so being a Bear has a special place in my heart. I am committed to the student-first values and the goals of UNC. I love assisting students, seeing the transformation higher education can bring, and being apart of the UNC family!
