Biography

Dr. Glaser practiced Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment in the Denver and Phoenix areas and has worked as an osteopathic medical educator since 2008. In her academic roles, she was the Chair of the Department of Family and Community Medicine at A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, has directed several courses throughout the preclinical and clinical curriculum, trained students participating in global health outreach efforts, and trained future leaders in primary care at Community Health Centers across the nation. She is excited to be part of the team at UNC helping grow future DO’s here in her home state.

Dr. Glaser’s service leadership experience includes serving as member of the Steering Committee for the Society of Osteopathic Medical Educators within the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM). She is a Past President of DOCARE International, a Past President of the Denver Regional Osteopathic Medical Society, past Vice President of the Colorado Society of Osteopathic Medicine, and a prior Chair of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) Medical Outreach Committee. She also participated on many other projects and committees with the American Osteopathic Association, the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine, and the American College of Osteopathic Family Medicine.
