Jennifer Beck

Jennifer Beck is the Human Resources and Communications Specialist for the University of Northern Colorado College of Osteopathic Medicine. She brings more than twenty years of experience in higher education, where she’s known for improving processes, building community, and helping people do their best work.

Before joining the College of Osteopathic Medicine, Jennifer worked in University Libraries, leading hiring efforts, supporting student employee development, and strengthening communication across teams. She also spent more than a decade in the School of Music, working with the instrumental ensembles, coordinating statewide festivals and alumni events, and supporting the Pride of the Rockies Marching Band—Go Bears!

Jennifer enjoys creating positive, inclusive experiences that help students, faculty, and staff feel connected and supported.
