Biography

Dr. Jenn Koza is a finance educator and consultant with over 15 years of teaching experience across universities in Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska. Currently teaching courses in personal finance, corporate finance, multinational financial management, and real estate. Previously, she taught at Colorado State University, the University of Wyoming, and Nebraska Wesleyan University, where she developed innovative approaches to online and hybrid learning.

Dr. Koza holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Finance, an MBA, and dual bachelor’s degrees in business and business education. She has also held leadership roles, including Director of Online Learning at the University of Wyoming, and has received multiple teaching and service awards, including the College of Business Innovation Award and recognition as a “Top Prof” by the Mortar Board Honor Society.

Outside academia, she has worked in banking, healthcare financial management, and nonprofit leadership, and continues to consult on financial literacy, retirement planning, and organizational strategy.
