Jala Randolph

I am the Residential Coordinator for North Hall.  I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana Wesleyan University, and I’m currently working on getting my master’s degree in Student Development Administration and Counseling from the same university. I worked as a resident assistant, academic advisor and desk worker in undergrad, which sparked my interest in my current role as a neighborhood coordinator. I enjoy meeting students where they are at and getting to know them in a way that they feel seen and heard while also making a space where they feel at home away from home! When I am not working you can catch me trying new restaurants, coloring in my coloring book, coaching cheerleading or simply napping. As a neighborhood coordinator I look forward to walking alongside students and finding ways to help them continuously grow in many different aspects of their lives!
