Gloria Monzon

I am from Paraguay and was raised in a small town called Hernandarias. I love learning new languages, about new cultures, and new places. I also enjoy traveling and visiting different countries. In my life, I have traveled and lived in many countries, such as Brazil, Germany, and Spain. I was in Spain for five years before I got married and moved to the United States.

When I was a child, I used to enjoy helping my teacher in Elementary School. It was this amazing experience at an early point in my life that contributed to my decision to become a teacher. After I moved to the United States in 2006, I began teaching Spanish I-IV in a public high school in Colorado and then received my secondary licensure in teaching. I am currently a Masters candidate in Spanish Teaching Graduate Study and Educational Technology at the University of Northern Colorado.
