Education

DJ has a BA in Theatre from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, with a minor in sculpture and an MFA in scenic and projection design from The University of Tennessee Knoxville.

Professional Experience & Affiliations

DJ recently graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where he designed for the Clarence Brown Theatre. There he created scenic and projection elements for Murder on the Orient Express, She Kills Monsters, and Hair. His projection designs include Something Rotten, Beautiful. The Carol King Musical, A Christmas Carol, Hansel und Gretel (Opera), and The Magic Flute (Opera). DJ’s specialties are Media Design and Projection.

DJ is a member of USITT and continues to explore his independent research into AR/VR technology for design applications and performance opportunities.
