Brooks Pardew

As the Student and Faculty Support Specialist, my job is to bring our students, faculty, and the dean’s office closer together. I’m focused on helping our student staff to build practical, real-world skills—like communication, problem-solving, and teamwork—that will set them up for success long after graduation.

I work closely with our college leadership to make sure our resources and services actually reflect what our students need every day. At the same time, I support our professors so they can bring a richer learning experience to their students both in and out of the classroom, whether that means connecting coursework to actual career paths or helping coordinate new academic projects.

Ultimately, I see my role as a bridge: giving students the tools to launch their careers, helping faculty deliver great learning experiences, and working with our leadership to build a community where every student can truly thrive.
