Other Experience

Bri has exhibited their work widely around the U.S., and given several visiting artist talks and demos at various institutions. They also have helped numerous programs build or develop their digital fabrication facilities, and led workshops to build ceramic-extruding 3D printers. They have coordinated the Clay Fab Lab for two NCECA conferences, and have lectured on the integration of digital fabrication technology in academic spaces.

Research Expertise & Interests

Bri’s research balances technical explorations in various media with concept-driven bodies of work that deal with notions of identity, history, politics, and the body. They are interested in and utilize a wide range of processes in their work, including 3D printing and other digital fabrication technologies in conversation with more analog means of making in materials such as ceramics, wood, and mixed media.
