What We Do

We help students connect the classroom to the world of work so they can make confident choices about their education and careers. Our approach puts students at the center, encouraging them to explore options that fit their goals, values, and identity. We also work with employers and the campus community to create opportunities and break down barriers that can stand in the way of success.

Empowering Bears to shape their future

The Center for Career Readiness helps UNC students connect their education to the world of work. We empower students to explore their goals, values, and strengths so they can make confident choices about their future. By building partnerships across campus and with employers, we create opportunities for every student to succeed.
